Angry Man Eventually Charged

An 85-year-old Sioux Lookout resident is in hot water after assaulting
a police officer.
OPP pulled over a vehicle with expired licence plates near Kenora on
Saturday.
The driver of the car started to kick the police cruiser when he
learned he would be getting a ticket and his vehicle would be towed.
Police say the feisty man then punched the officer in the chest and
pushed him.
The accused was arrested but continued to kick the officer as he was
placed in the back of the cruiser.
OPP say Michael Marcyniuk has been charged.
