Wildlife don’t seem to care about the rules of the road as animals were responsible for two collisions this past Saturday.
Dryden OPP say a northbound Truck, towing a Lund boat, left Highway 502 near Rattlesnake Creek and struck a rockcut.
The vehicle was forced off the road by a bear.
The truck and boat were damaged but no one was injured.
In the second incident, a westbound Ford swerved to avoid a moose on Highway 17 near Glengoland Road.
The driver rolled the vehicle, but fortunately was not injured.
No charges were laid in both crashes.
