A 22-year-old Nova Scotia man, accused of causing a fatal bus crash near Upsala, will spend another Christmas behind bars.
Thirty-two passengers were injured last December 23rd, when their Greyhound bus veered off Highway 17 and landed in the ditch.
An elderly London woman died a month later.
Shaun Davis, who is charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death, has been held in custody since the crash.
His trial begins February 11th.
