Another Community Declares State of Emergency

Residents across the region continue to cope with the aftermath of flash floods that washed out roads and caused power outages.
Emo has now declared a state of emergency as a result.
The community joins Atikokan, Dawson, Lake of the Woods and Rainy River to declare an emergency.
