A second tentative contract has been reached for education workers.
This one impacts those who fall under the Ontario Council of Education Workers.
It represents six unions, including the Labourers’ International Union, the Maintenance and Construction Skilled Trades Council, OPSEU and Unifor
No details are being immediately released pending ratification.
The agreement comes less than a week after workers represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees ratified a four-year deal that included a one-dollar-an-hour wage increase.
