Another Look at Local Provincial Election Race

First Nation issues dominated talks at a campaign rally in Dryden Wednesday
night for Kenora-Rainy River Liberal candidate Mike Wood.
Federal Deputy Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff has thrown his support
behind the Dryden city councilor.
Ignatieff says the province and feds need to work together to improve
the quality of life for first nations.
Wood says its time for change in this riding and he’s the right
person to move the region forward.
NDP candidate and Leader Howard Hampton says the Liberals have done
nothing for Northern Ontario.
Hampton and Wood will be running against Conservative Penny Lucas and
Jo Jo Holiday of the Green party.
