The twin bombings once again reemphasizes the need for communities to have a solid emergency response plan.
Dryden Fire Service Information Officer Reagan Breeze says Dryden’s current plan is a solid one, however stresses there’s always room for improvement.
Breeze says the recent Northwest Response Forum was a great opportunity to share ideas and update their plan.
Breeze says there may be a need to adapt with new technology.
The 3-day emergency conference attracted some 200-delegates and Breeze says it was a huge success.
Breeze says delegates walked away with new knowledge on emergency response and preparedness.
He says they plan to offer the forum in 2-years time and promises the event will be bigger and better.
