The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is dealing with another abandoned moose case east of Sioux Lookout.
The province says last Friday, a conservation officer located a ‘shot and abandoned’ cow moose off a forest access road near Legros Road in Alcona.
The officer determined the moose had been shot and left to spoil, without any attempt to recover it.
