Another Twist In Thunder Bay Bridge Saga

Thunder Bay Mayor Keith Hobbs calls it a round one victory. A court has ruled CN Rail can’t be allowed to drag out the court process of who’s responsible for repairing the James Street Bridge, linking the community to Fort William First Nation. The bridge has been closed to vehicle traffic since a fire in October of 2013. Hobbs says the ruling allows the city to send in its own engineers to examine the bridge.
