Anthony Leek Announces Candidacy

The man who represented the Liberals in the Kenora-Rainy River riding in the last provincial election is making another run.
Anthony Leek is the President of the Riding Association for the Liberals and says he’s seeking the nomination.
Leek says his declaration is not an indication that an election is imminent.
He notes the party wants to be prepared for anything and notes having a candidate in place early will help them when the writ is dropped.
A nomination meeting is set for April 27th in Fort Frances.
