Applications for Medal-Bearer Now Accepted

The Rick Hansen Man in Motion Relay Committee has set October 26th as the deadline to be a Medal-Bearer in Northwestern Ontario.
The cross-country relay to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the historic trek arrives in Dryden on January 12th and 13th.
The relay started last Wednesday and some 7,000 participants are involved.
Hansen says a select few will be recognized for community achievement by becoming medal-bearers.
