The Province is spending $2.1-million to reconstruct the apron
used by the Ministry of Natural Resources at the Dryden Airport.
The existing asphalt apron beside the Airport runway has deteroirated
over time and requires major reconstruction.
The Dryden MNR Base is home to waterbombers and specialized aircraft
used to detect and fight forest fires.
Construction is scheduled to begin this month and be completed by October.
