An area physician wants to hear your stories.
Doctor Clay Hammett is trying to get input on the barriers people in the region are faced with when trying to access speciality care.
Hammett is a Kenora physician and admits there’s limited access to care in this area.
He adds Thunder Bay and Winnipeg both provide great specialist care but stresses travel and expenses are always an issue.
The stories he’s collecting on Facebook will be sent to politicians attending the Association of Municipalities of Ontario Conference later this month.
