A manhunt is on for a First Nations male wanted in an armed robbery at the Dryden Insta-Loan outlet on Highway 17.
City Police say the man, armed with a knife, walked into the store around 8 o’clock Tuesday night and demanded money from the employee.
The suspect fled with over $5,000 in cash.
Police say the suspect is an aboriginal man in his early 20’s and is 5 foot 7 or 5 foot 8.
He has a slight build, medium brown skin, shallow cheeks, high cheek bones, smaller then average eyes and no facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured hoodie with white writing or a white design on the front.
The hood was pulled over a “gangster” style hat that he was wearing.
The suspect was wearing light coloured skate board style runners.
