Arrest made in August break-in

An arrest has been made in connection with a break-in last month.

OPP says someone had forced their way into a home on Falls Road in Zealand township just after midnight on August 20.

Police say they have now charged a 47-year-old Dryden man with several offences.

They include:

  • Theft under $5,000
  • Mischief under $5,000
  • Assault with a Weapon
  • Uttering threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm
  • Adult Failure to comply with release order times three

The man remains in custody pending a court appearance in Kenora on Monday.
