One person has been arrested following a stabbing in Frenchman’s Head.
On Thursday, Lac Seul Police Service responded to a report of a stabbing at a home in Frenchman’s Head.
Police and EMS found one victim with injuries.
The victim was transported by EMS to the Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of this investigation, the LSPS have arrested and charged 28 year old Kristianna Gray, of Lac Seul First Nation.
Charges include assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and fail to comply with a release order.
Gray was held in custody for a bail hearing.
