Assault With Toilet Seat

A Sioux Lookout woman will appear in court next month in connection with a disturbance at the District Health Centre on Christmas Eve.
OPP say they arrived at the hospital to find an irrational woman, in a second floor hallway, threatening staff with a broken toilet seat.
Police say the woman had earlier struck a doctor on the hand with the toilet seat after he went to check on her in the bathroom.
The doctor was not seriously hurt.
Police say the woman has been charged with assault with a weapon and will appear in court on January 21st.
