The OPP is investigating an accident in Atikokan that saw a 47 year old man severely injured after being driven over by a tractor trailer.
Kevin Cross was taken to Atikokan General Hospital were he is being treated for injuries.
Cross was working on the tractor trailer when the driver began to back out of a private drive and ran over his lower limbs.
The driver of the tractor trailer unit failed to do a circle check before moving the vehicle.
The Ministry of Labour is helping the OPP investigate the accident.
