Atikokan to move forward

An Ontario Superior Court Justice has denied Atikokan priority rights to the assets of the Fibratech Mill.
Mayor Dennis Brown says the decision puts the whole Municipal Act into question, noting Fibratech owes the Town nearly 2-million dollars in taxes.
Brown says they will continue to move forward.
Fibratech went into receivership in November, 2007.
