Atikokan Under the Microscope

The University of Waterloo is trying to find ways of enhancing the community of Atikokan.
Professor Roger Suffling says the town is a prime choice for canoeing and visiting but it needs that extra push to gain major exposure.
Suffling says they want to centre around the “Canoe Capital of Canada” theme in Atikokan.
A group of 10 students will be in Atikokan next week to gather input on ways to improve the community.
