Atikokan Volunteers Recognized

The Provincial Government recognized 34-hard working volunteers from
Atikokan at a special ceremony Wednesday.
Theresa Perron of the Catholic Women’s League was in the spotlight for
60-years of service.
50-year pins went to Judy Horychuk and Yvette St. Pierre of the
Catholic League and Hilda Shmyr of the Lutheran Ladies.
Cecil Leif was thanked for 50-years with the Kiwanis Club and 5-years
with the Library.
Margaret Cunningham was honored for 5-years with the Ringette
Association and Renewal Committee.
