Attempting to Save Fetal Alcohol Program

A Coalition of health and social service agencies are taking their
lobby effort for fetal alocohol clinics in Sioux Lookout and Kenora to a
new level.
The group is busy collecting names for a petition which will be
presented in the Ontario Legislature.
The diagnostic clinics have been running on a trial basis for the
past couple of years, but the funding will run out at the end of July.
The Coalition is looking for long-term support to keep the progam in
operation.
