Author Up For Governor General’s Award

A Northwestern Ontario author is up for a Governor General’s Award.
Thunder Bay’s Jean Pendziwol is one of five author’s on the children’s literature short list.
Pendziwol says she’s honoured.
She has been recognized for her picture book Once Upon a Northern Night.
The award winners will be announced November 28th in Ottawa.
