Aviation Transaction

A subsidiary of Discovery Air has agreed to buy the charter business
and related assets of Kenora-based Walsten Air Service for an undisclosed
amount.
Discovery Air says the deal includes a fleet of 4-Beech King planes
and a hangar in Kenora.
Walsten’s float planes are not included in the agreement, scheduled
to close in late Februray.
