It’s promising to be a muddy good time in Eton Rugby.
The 2nd Annual Backcountry Blast is set for June 7th and registrations will be accepted up until the event.
Chuck Schmitt and Joyce MacRae were guests on the CKDR Morning Show today to promote the event.
Schmitt says all proceeds from the 5-kilometre fun run will go to the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
He notes they rely heavily on community support to maintain the current level of service at the hospital.
Registration starts at $100 for a team and pledges will be collected.
