Dryden District Agricultural Society Annual Garage Sale

Bargain hunters won’t want to miss the Dryden District Agricultural Society’s Annual Garage Sale at the Dryden Fairgrounds. Packed with household items and hidden treasures, this popular event promises great deals and something for everyone.

Whether you’re stocking up, searching for unique finds, or just love the thrill of a good garage sale, this two‑day event is a great reason to stop by and support the local agricultural society.

Dryden Go‑Getters Pancake Breakfast

Sunday, May 3 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
84 St. Charles Street

Start your Sunday morning right with the Dryden Go‑Getters Pancake Breakfast. Enjoy a hearty meal featuring homemade pancakes, sausages, blueberry and strawberry compote, plus juice, coffee, and tea.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under, with proceeds supporting an important kitchen update for the Dryden Go‑Getters. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast while giving back to the community.

Water Wise Safety Program

Sundays: May 3, 10, 24 & 31 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Dryden Recreation Complex

Safety takes the spotlight with Water Wise, a free program designed for kids aged 9 to 14 who have minimal swimming skills. Developed locally in Dryden, the program focuses on teaching water safety awareness, emergency response, and basic first aid skills related to water‑based situations.

The program is accepting up to 30 participants, with sessions held throughout May at the Dryden Rec Complex. Instruction is provided by Derek Ouellette and Matt Taylor, offering hands‑on guidance in a supportive environment.
