A Dryden man has been charged with failing to yield after his vehicle hit a cyclist at the intersection of Whyte Avenue and Albert Street.
The victim was not seriously injured.
In Ottawa, a 21-year-old Thunder Bay resident was charged with the same offence after a father and son were run down while cycling.
The father suffered a badly broken leg and a head injury, while the son broke his arm in the crash.
