Be Aware of Wildlife on the Road

Another reminder to beware of wildlife on local roads at this time of year.
OPP say a Honda Civic heading north on Highway 105 Sunday morning ended up in the ditch, when the driver swerved to avoid a deer on the road.
The car ended up flipping over into the southbound ditch and came to rest on the passenger side door.
A passing motorist and emergency service personnel from Ear Falls were able to get the driver out of his car.
The OPP say the driver sustained only minor injuries, but was taken to hospital in Red Lake for treatment.
