A warning from the Township of Ear Falls.
A number of wandering bears have been spotted the last few days, and residents are advised to be on the look out.
A town official says residents are encouraged to keep all household garbage locked up until garbage pick up day.
Residents are also encouraged to not leave food outside.
There’s been three close encounters this week.
Bears are often spotted in Ear Falls during this time of year.
