The Ministry of Natural Resources is urging outdoor
enthusiasts to take special precautions when travelling in
bear country.
Although no bear attacks have been reported in the
Province this summer, Spokesperson Yolanta Kowalski says
it can’t hurt for berry pickers to follow these tips.

Kowalski adds campers should hang their food between two
tall trees, and never cook inside their tent.
