Bear Wise program slammed

the northwestern ontario sportsmen’s alliance is slamming the bear wise program.
the toll-free hot-line will be offered next year but nosa president john kaplanis says its nothing but costly “window dressing”.
He says nuisance bear reports are on the rise in the northwest & thinks queens park could help local residents by sending some black bears to rural parts of southern ontario.
