The Grand Chief of Nishinawbe Aski Nation is welcoming
the donation of hockey equipment to over 25 Northern Frist
Nation Communities.
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, National Hockey
League Player’s Association and Hockey Canada donated 500
hockey equipment sets.
Stan Beardy says they’ll be sharing the sets, 400 will
go to Nishinawbe Aski Nation, and 100 will go to Treaty 3.
