Beardy trial nears its end

The judge will deliver his instructions to the jury in Thunder Bay this
morning in the trial of the man charged with murdering Daniel Beardy.
The jury will then begin deliberations on a charge of manslaughter
against Corey Wesley.
his lawyer has admitted wesley struck Beardy once in the face to stop
him from attacking his sleeping ex-girlfriend, but gil labine maintains the
blow wasn’t enough to kill Beardy in august 2004.
