Bearskin Concerned About Runway

Bearskin Airlines is concerned about the potential closure of the
Dryden Airport this Summer.
The main runway is scheduled to be reconstructed which could impact
operations for a period of up to 6-weeks.
Bearskin President Harvey Friesen says any further decrease in
traffic could have a negative affect on the frequency of service down the
road.
Bearskin says the Company was never consulted about the proposed
reconstruction of the runway
Airport Manager George Friesen says he wants to work with all
stakeholders to minimize the disruption of service.
