If you’re a regular customer of the Beer Store, you soon won’t be able to leave carrying what you buy in a plastic bag.
The company says it’s planning on eliminating the use of single use plastic bags at all stores starting in the new year.
The Beer Store adds the move is part of efforts to continue on what it calls its environmental stewardship efforts.
And, if you still need something to carry purchases out with, there will be reusable bags available at the stores.
