Frustration continues to mount among Bell Canada customers living in the Vermilion Bay area.
Phone service has been out since September 22nd, with Bell providing little information to customers.
The impacted area is said to be larger than metropolitan Toronto, however customers have had to individually call Bell for repair information.
Some customers have been notified that a technician will be on site late Tuesday.
Bell officials tell CKDR News that the interruption just covers land line service and that they are investigating the problem.
No restoration time has been given.
