For the fourth time in eight weeks, a member of the Thunder Bay North Stars has been named SIJHL-Play It Again Sports Player of the Week.
This time Ben Erwin has received the honour following seven goals and three assists in two wins over the league worst Minnesota Iron Rangers.
The 19-year-old sits fourth in the league in goals with 13 and is tied for eighth in overall scoring with 20-points.
Morgan Venne of the Red Lake Miners and Cameron Coutre of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs also received consideration.
Keighan Gerrie, Brock Aiken and Kyle Auger are other North Stars honouree’s this year.
