Dryden’s Ben Hackl has been named CCM/Manitoba Midget Hockey League Player of the Week.
The Kenora Thistles forward had four goals and two assists, including a short-handed goal in two games last weekend.
He has 11-goals and 8-assists in 17 games this season and is currently tied for the team lead in points.
Hackl has only been left off the score sheet four times this year and has 10 points in his last 5 games played.
He is an assistant captain and protected by the Portage Terriers.
