Best Start Plan

The Kenora District Services Board has been put in charge of the
Regional Best Start Program.
Barb Buffett will work with area communities to draft a long-term
childcare strategy.
Buffett says she needs to look at a wide range of areas including
health services, parenting, infant development and speech and development.
The Province is requesting an initial plan by the end of December.
