The Dryden GM Ice Dogs have added another weapon to their powerful arsenal.
The Ice Dogs have finalized a deal to bring Cory Dennis back to the organization.
President Mike Sveinson calls Dennis a huge addition.
Sveinson says he thought Dennis was the best defenceman in the league last year before he suffered an injury.
He calls Dennis a dynamic, two-way defenceman that has the ability to play forward if need be.
The 20-year-old from Madison, Wisconsin had been skating with the Minnesota Wilderness of the North American Hockey League and he’s expected to be in the line-up Tuesday night.
Sveinson notes Dennis is healthy, looking good and ready to add another championship ring.
In 42-games last season, Dennis recorded 11-goals and 23-assists with Dryden GM.
He also registered 7 points in 8 playoff games.
