Big Meeting in Wabigoon Tonight

The final public meeting on the future of Riverview, Pinewood and
Wabigoon Schools will be held Wednesday night at 7 in Wabigoon.
A volunteer committee is seeking input on 4-options for the aging
buildings including constructing a replacement school for all 3.
At previous open sessions, parents and area residents made passionate
pleas to keep the individual schools open.
The Province has deemed all 3-schools prohibitive to repair, meaning
government funding for renovations is highly unlikely.
