The junior hockey season is fast approaching and both the English River Miners and Dryden GM Ice Dogs are still in need of billet families.
The families are an essential part of the success of junior hockey teams and play a key role in a players development both on and off the ice.
Both the Ice Dogs and Miners have put a heavy emphasis on volunteering and integrating with the community and stress the kids become instant members of the family.
