Bizarre Stand-Off in Thunder Bay

There are still more questions than answers after a false hostage situation in Thunder Bay.
City Police say a 39-year-old man called 911 around 9:30 Wednesday night and stated he had 3 hostages he was going to hurt.
After 2 hours, the man surrendered and officers found no one in the residence.
The man faces mischief charges.
