Research in Motion says its BlackBerry email, texting and
Internet services are back to normal after four days of outages that
stretched around the world.
RIM co-chief executive Mike Lazaridis offered the apologies
during a conference call and in a video posted on YouTube.
The Waterloo-based company blames a hardware failure for the
outages and promises to look at compensation for customers who were
affected.
