Blind-Low Vision Program

The Provincial Government is funding a new program for area children
who have visual impairments.
The Northwestern Health Unit will be responsible for running the new
Blind-Low Vision program and Spokesperson Donna Cutler says they will
provide parents with an early childhood vision consultant.
A support worker will also be on hand to help parents understand and
cope with their child’s diagnosis.
