A recall of certain high blood pressure medications is being expanded.
Health Canada says Teva Canada is adding another eight lots of Valsartan to a recall issued earlier this summer.
It was due to contamination of a possible cancer-causing substance.
Health officials say to keep taking Valsartan unless told by your doctor or pharmacist, and if your medication is part of the recall, speak to your health care provider about what to do.
