Boaters Run Into Trouble

A group of swimmers ran into some trouble with the weather on Rainy Lake over the weekend.
Fort Frances OPP say strong winds carried away a boat belonging to five swimmers early Saturday morning.
Two people were able to swim back to the boat but they lost sight of the others.
Thanks to the efforts of nearby residents and police, all three were rescued after spending almost two hours in the water.
