That’s the biggest concern Kenora MP Bob Nault is hearing from area leaders heading into 2016.
Nault adds that municipalities are also concern with the current one third funding formula for projects, which many leaders say they can’t afford.
The Kenora MP has suggested that the federal government should offer a 70/30 or a 80/20 formula for small and rural communities.
