Thunder Bay OPP and the North West Region Emergency
Response Team have found the body of a missing fisherman.
Two men had been fishing on Kearns Lake on Friday, when
their boat capsized. Both men fell out of the boat & one
was able to swim to shore.
The body of 62 year old Minnesota resident James Brogan
was found along a rocky shoreline, 2.7 kms northeast of
where the boat capsized.
OPP say Brogan was not wearing a lifejacket, a post
mortem is scheduled for tomorrow at the Thunder Bay
Regional Health Sciences Center.
Kearns Lake is located Northwest of Thunder Bay.
