There’s new ownership at the Boise Cascade paper mill in
International Falls.
Aldabra 2 Acquisition Corporation completed its purchase
of the Boise Cascade LLC paper and packaging business on
Friday.
The 1.6 billion dollar deal includes a change of the
company’s name to Boise Inc.
Starting today the company’s stock will be traded on the
New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BZ.
